On the 16th of May 2018, the SAFE-10-T consortium organized the first Stakeholder Workshop - Defining an Integrated User Demand Analysis at Network Level in Zadar, Croatia, as a preliminary data collection activity for the development of a User Demand Analysis framework in order to understand the requirements of transport users in the EU for the purposes of infrastructure planning and service provision, whilst ensuring network safety.

The workshop had a particular focus on the selected demo sites within the project:

  1. The Port of Rotterdam, Netherlands - North Sea – Baltic Corridor (Freight transport)
  2. Rijeka harbour, Croatia - Mediterranean Corridor (Tourism route)
