WP6 - Project management 

Work package leader:

This Work Package will concentrate on ensuring that all project objectives are achieved within the time frame of

the project and that high-quality deliverables are provided on time with all partners making full use of available resources. This will involve the administrative and financial management of the consortium, coordination of technical and non-technical activities, tasks and deliverables, regular reporting and ensuring that the EC contractual obligations are observed. In addition, it will ensure that the outputs from the project will be implemented into the practice of infrastructure management during and beyond the life of the project.
